The effect of swallowing exercises in combination with Benson relaxation on swallowing ability in stroke patients

چکیده
CĂl: CĂlem tĂŠto studie bylo prozkoumat ĂşÄinek polykacĂho cviÄenĂ v kombinaci s Bensonovou relaxacĂ na polykacĂ schopnost u pacientĹŻ cĂŠvnĂ mozkovou pĹĂhodou. Design: Kvazi-experimentĂĄlnĂ studie. Metodika: K mÄĹenĂ ĂşÄinku pĹĂhodou byla pouĹžita analyticko-kvantitativnĂ a kvazi-experimentĂĄlnĂ metoda (pĹedtestovĂ˝ posttestovĂ˝ design). Skupina respondentĹŻ vybrĂĄna technikou postupnĂŠho odbÄru vzorkĹŻ. Na zĂĄkladÄ vzorce Lemeshow do zapojeno celkem 20 respondentĹŻ, kteĹĂ splnili kritĂŠria pro zaĹazenĂ. Schopnost polykĂĄnĂ mÄĹena pomocĂ Gugging Swallowing Screen (GUSS). Data zpracovĂĄna programu SPSS 24.0 analyzovĂĄna t-testu pĂĄrovĂŠho statistickĂŠho vzorce. Studie provedena ve vĹĄeobecnĂŠ nemocnici Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya mezi 3. srpnem 10. prosincem 2021. VĂ˝sledky: Byl signifikantnĂ rozdĂl schopnosti pĹed po intervenci, od prĹŻmÄrnĂŠho ± SD skĂłre 8,60 4,21 15,70 4,00. Hladina vĂ˝znamnosti je potvrzena p-hodnotou = 0,0005. ZĂĄvÄr: Tato ukazuje, Ĺže kombinace Bensonovy relaxace mĂĄ silnĂ˝ vliv zlepĹĄenĂ VĂ˝zkum prokĂĄzal, sestry potĹebujĂ provĂĄdÄt komplexnĂ oĹĄetĹovatelskĂŠ intervence kombinovĂĄnĂm polykacĂch mozkovĂŠ pĹĂhodÄ, to jak nemocnici, tak pacienta doma se zapojenĂm rodiny.
